D1601穩(wěn)態(tài)劑?是一種具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性吸附、穩(wěn)定砂漿流動(dòng)性、保持狀態(tài)的新型砂漿添加劑。主要用于保持砂漿2-4小時(shí)狀態(tài)，解決因含泥和吸附造成的砂漿流動(dòng)度損失過快問題，可保持砂漿處于良好的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。
Scope
With great amount of construction work has been carried out, it becomes more and more difficult to find a qualified natural sand for construction work . The sand provided for construction site are often having high content of fine powder and clay materials. Hence, those sand with high fine and clay containing material are washed with low concentration polyacrylamide solution. When they are used for concrete or mortar-making, quick slump loss of concrete /flowability loss of mortar is encountered. The stabilizer is developed to resolve it. The stabilizer itself dosed not have water reducer function. It changed the characteristics of the surface of those matters (such as the fines, clay and polyamides) which downgrades the performance of fresh making concrete/mortar. It is recommended to be used together with superplasticizer. The stabilizer significantly improves workability, slump loss of concrete/flowability loss of mortar and it also have great anti-sticking function.
D1601 is a powder form product. When it is applied, the dosage is varied with the material as well as the properties of designed fresh mix and hardened concrete/mortar. The working range can be commonly from 1: 9 to 9 : 1 (stabilizer : superplasticizer by mass). There is no side effect when stabilizer is over dosed.
1601 is especially suitable for high grade mortar, grouts,self-leveling screeds, floor screeds, UHPC products, etc. For high performance products, It has obvious effects on viscosity reduction.

外摻水泥用量的0.1-0.6%。
1. 保持砂漿具有良好的狀態(tài)，包括流動(dòng)度、粘度、均勻性等；
2. 用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附的原理解決具黏土類組份對(duì)產(chǎn)品性能的負(fù)面影響；
3. 使用本品可以適當(dāng)降低減水劑的用量和水泥用量；
4. 可解決含泥砂、機(jī)制砂、山砂、水洗砂等材料造成的質(zhì)量問題；
5. 可用于復(fù)合高鋁水泥、硫鋁酸鹽水泥、膨脹劑、速凝劑等材料，解決其流動(dòng)性與狀態(tài)問題；
6. 可用于濕拌砂漿中，解決其狀態(tài)損失與和易性問題；
7. 本品無(wú)減水性和緩凝性，對(duì)強(qiáng)度無(wú)副作用；
8. 與其它添加劑相容性好。
水泥凈漿流動(dòng)度測(cè)試
試驗(yàn)材料：P.O52.5水泥，弗克C1029高性能聚羧酸粉劑在水泥中摻量為0.12%，D1601穩(wěn)態(tài)劑在水泥中摻量為0.02%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下所示（凈漿流動(dòng)度mm）：
試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，摻D1601穩(wěn)態(tài)劑的水泥凈漿，初始流動(dòng)度不變，流動(dòng)度狀態(tài)到3小時(shí)仍能夠保持。
包裝與貯存
1. 包裝：25kg復(fù)合塑料袋或紙板桶包裝，內(nèi)加塑料袋防潮。
2. 貯存：本產(chǎn)品避免陽(yáng)光直射和雨淋，在陰涼干燥通風(fēng)處保存。
3. 儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性可保持12個(gè)月。
4.當(dāng)開封后，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)及時(shí)使用，用不完的要及時(shí)密封，防止產(chǎn)品吸濕變質(zhì)。
注意事項(xiàng)
1.本產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒，但不可食用。
2.使用時(shí)對(duì)環(huán)境未發(fā)現(xiàn)有污染，但丟棄或排放時(shí)應(yīng)符合當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)保條例的要求。
3.當(dāng)接觸到人的身體和眼睛時(shí)，應(yīng)盡快用清水沖洗，對(duì)部分人體造成過敏現(xiàn)象時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)就醫(yī)治療 。
4.本產(chǎn)品的包裝物不可隨便丟棄，應(yīng)符合當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)保條例的要求。
